Approve a $1,000 grant to American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley to support its leadership development programs. 2. Place the item on the April 7, 2026, Council Agenda for action. BACKGROUND Pursuant to City Council Expenditure and Reimbursement Policy, Policy Number 0-38, Section K “Grants,” Item 6 “Any contribution to an organization proposed by the Mayor or a Councilmember who is a member of, or receiving services from, that organization must be approved in advance by the City Council.” I am a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley (ALF).
