Identify the next set of potential priority neighborhood expansion sites for the Children and Youth Services Master Plan; 2. Subject to the availability of funds, begin to assess community capacity, and convene neighborhood leaders and stakeholders for future expansion of Children and Youth Services Master Plan implementation; and 3.
