SUMMARY AND OUTCOME City Council approval of the Water Supply Assessment (WSA) will fulfill the requirements of the California Water Code and the California Environmental Quality Act. The WSA identifies the water supply sources available to meet Disk Drive Research and Development (R&D) Facilities Project’s (Project) potable and recycled water demands. BACKGROUND A WSA has been prepared for the proposed Project as required by state law.
