(b) Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $2,115,824. (c) Adopt the following 2025-2026 Appropriation Ordinance and Funding Source Resolution amendments in the Airport Capital Improvement Fund: (1) Establish the Parking Accessibility Upgrades appropriation to the Airport Department in the amount of $20,011,525; and (2) Increase the estimate for Revenue from Federal Government by $20,011,525.
