BACKGROUND On January 15, 2025, District 4 Council Office purchased five awards at a total of $485 to present to the District 4 Stars Gala awardees. Currently, this expenditure is not covered under any of the permitted uses outlined in City Council Expenditure and Reimbursement Policy 0-38. The District 4 Stars Gala was held on Friday, January 17, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Berryessa Community Center. The purpose of this event was to recognize several community members for their significant impact on their community. This event was free and open to the public.
