Approve a grant to the Rotary Club of San Jose Foundation to support their Enterprise Leadership Conference in the amount of $2,500. 2. BACKGROUND Pursuant to City Council Expenditure and Reimbursement Policy, Policy Number 0-38, Section K “Grants,” Item 6 “Any contribution to an organization proposed by the Mayor or a Councilmember who is a member of, or receiving services from, that organization must be approved in advance by the City Council.” I am a member of the San Jose Rotary Club. Approval is requested to expend $2,500 from the budgeted District 9 SAP allocation to support the Rotary Club of San Jose Foundation for their Enterprise Leadership Conference (ELC).
