BACKGROUND Following the direction of the Mayor’s March Budget Message unanimously approved by City Council, the City Manager’s Office presented the City Infrastructure Strategy to the Transportation and Environment Committee on June 5, 2023 (and cross-referenced to City Council on September 19, 2023).
