TABER, MMC CITY CLERK DATE: December 18, 2025 RECOMMENDATION Adopt a resolution calling for a Regular Municipal Election on June 2, 2026 and a Run-Off Municipal Election on November 3, 2026, if necessary, for the purpose of electing Council Members for Districts 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 and requesting consolidation with the County of Santa Clara. OUTCOME By adopting the attached Resolution, the City Council authorizes the City Clerk and the County Registrar of Voters to take the next steps necessary to consolidate and coordinate the elections.
