(2) District 9 Seat: Appoint Carin Taylor for term ending June 30, 2029. OUTCOME Appointment to a vacant seat on the Senior Citizens Commission will allow the commission to continue conducting business. Emilie Highley will vacate the District 9 seat upon appointment to the District 6 seat. The District 9 seat will be assumed by Carin Taylor, resulting in a fully-seated Senior Citizens Commission.
