(b) Adopt the following 2025-2026 Funding Source Resolution and Appropriation Ordinance amendments in the Construction Excise Tax Fund: (1) Increase the estimate for Revenue from Local Agencies by $191,000; (2) Establish the East San José Microtransit appropriation to the Department of Transportation in the amount of $331,000; and (3) Decrease the Ending Fund Balance by $140,000.
