SUMMARY AND OUTCOME Award of this contract to Graham Construction, Inc., enables the construction of the 10494 – 2025 Local Streets Sealing Pavement Project (Project) which will provide required preventative pavement maintenance along 66 miles of the Local and Neighborhood Street Network.
