SAW:SH 6/2/26 RESOLUTION NO. ______________ A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JOSE APPROVING THE TERMS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE AND THE SAN JOSE POLICE DISPATCHERS’ ASSOCIATION (SJPDA) FOR THE TERM OF JULY 1, 2026 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2029 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SJPDA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JOSE: 1. That the terms of a collective bargaining agreement between the City of San José and the San Jose Police Dispatchers’ Association (SJPDA) with a term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, are hereby approved. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreement with those terms on behalf of the City of San José. 2. The general terms of the agreement are set out and described in the Memorandum to the Honorable Mayor and City Council from Aram Kouyoumdjian, Director of Human Resources and City Manager’s Office of Employee Relations dated June 5, 2026, and attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated in this Resolution.
