That the terms of a collective bargaining agreement between the City of San José and the Association of Building, Mechanical, and Electrical Inspectors (ABMEI), with a term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, are hereby approved. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreement with those terms on behalf of the City of San José. 2.
