SAW:KMM:KMF 05/29/2026 RESOLUTION NO. ______________ A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JOSE APPROVING THE JAPANTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BUDGET REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027, AS FILED OR MODIFIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, AND LEVYING THE JAPANTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 WHEREAS, the Council of the City of San José established the Jackson-Taylor Business Improvement District (“BID”) pursuant to the California Parking and Business Improvement Area Law of 1989 (California Streets and Highways Code Section 36500 et seq.)
