(b) Approve the Study Session/Special Meeting Schedule for the period August 2025 – June 2026. ANALYSIS The Mayor and the City Manager are responsible for developing the City Council Meeting Schedule. To facilitate more efficient planning of longer-range agenda content, the Administration recommends the continuance of the established practice of approval of a meeting schedule for the entire fiscal year and the cancellation of City Council meetings when there is a holiday that falls on a Monday or the meeting is within a holiday or City Council break period. The proposed schedule (Attachment A) contains the cancellation of 13 meetings: August 5, September 2, October 14, November 11, November 25, December 23, December 30, January 6, January 20, February 17, March 31, May 26, and June 30.
