Adopt a resolution reappointing Joe Rois as City Auditor for a term beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2029. B. Place the item on the June 17, 2025 Council agenda for action. BACKGROUND Pursuant to City Charter Section 805, the City Auditor shall be appointed by the Council after the expiration of the latest incumbent’s term of office. Each such appointment shall be for a term ending four (4) years from and after the date of expiration of the immediately preceding term. Joe Rois is the current City Auditor and was appointed for a four-year term beginning on July 1, 2021. His term will expire on June 30, 2025. At this time, there is no recommendation to change the current level of compensation and benefits, as any such changes will be brought forward after Council Appointee evaluations later in the year.
